These persons without scruples defrauded, last year, thousands of tourists who arrived in front of wastelands, instead of a beautiful house or an apartment in a residence. For this reason and because these swindlers sully the image of numerous professional real estates, its manager decided to create CEDAT SL, representative of our slogan "NO MORE RENTAL SCAM IN SPAIN", (which the head office is situated in Catalonia) that offers different options to the customer who wants to visit our country and also to the owners.
